The full Board generally meets at 9:30 a.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. Exceptions occur in the months of February, May, September, October, November and December. During these four months, the Board meets immediately following the Investment Committee meeting or the annual Board education session.

The Board of Trustees meets in person in February, May, September and November. The other eight monthly meetings are conducted via video conference.

*The Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 1:30p.m. or within 30 minutes after the Investment Committee meeting

**The Board of Trustees meeting will begin immediately after a half-day education session.
